Community Exchange

The purposes of Community Exchange are to strengthen the Fusion community, expand our capacity, share our strengths, teach each other valuable skills, and enhance our collective ability to achieve our common goals.  Every effort will be made to arrive at an agreement for Community Exchange that is satisfying and mutually beneficial for all involved.

As part of the consideration for Fusion’s fiscal sponsorship and other services, each program and project will contribute an agreed number of Community Exchange hours, with Fusion or one of Fusion’s other Projects or Programs.  The specific tasks will be determined by Fusion and the Project, at the beginning of the term of our Letter of Agreement.  Consideration will be given to staff and volunteer resources available to the Project, specific skills and strengths the Project can bring to the Fusion community, the needs of Fusion and its Projects, financial consideration paid by the Project under this Agreement, and other relevant matters.
