WHO SHOULD APPLY?
You can apply to be a Fusion Partner if you are an individual, partnership, coalition or network and meet the following criteria:

You need a 501c 3 designation to conduct charitable activities for the public good. You are actively working to seek funds from charitable sources such as foundations or individual donors and able to propose fundraising and implementation plans

Your mission is aligned with Fusion’s mission. That means you are working for social justice in the Baltimore area.

Your work has a community based focus and leadership.

Your leadership demonstrates commitment to the project and understands the needs of the community it serves.

Your leadership is committed to democratic, inclusive and equitable practices of decision making.

Your project can demonstrate its potential to grow and develop.

You can commit to participate in Fusion’s networking opportunities, and attend quarterly potlucks.

You are willing to accept the stated outcomes, goals and expectations required for fiscal sponsorship under Fusion Partnerships as stated in the Letter of Agreement.
APPLICATION PROCESS
If you have a program or project and are seeking fiscal sponsorship, we accept applications twice a year:
1) Application opens October 1st and closes October 31st. **
2) Application opens April 1st and closes May 1st.**
Our review process takes four weeks from the date the application closes. As we review your application, we may ask you to present your program to our review committee. As necessary, we perform some level of due diligence. Additionally, your application is reviewed with our Board for approval.
