Allison holds a MFA from MICA. She has worked with United Viewfinders, Walters Art Museum, East Baltimore artists, and Bea Gaddy Family Center. Allison's background informs her visual art and approach as a community organizer with Fusion.

Sarah is a curator, community artist, and nonprofit professional. She strives to improve visibility, equity, and outcomes for artists in Baltimore, and beyond.

Mike has 16 years experience at Allied Media Projects (AMP) a fiscal sponsor in Detroit, MI. He served as Co-Director, Finance Director, and coordinated AMP’s annual certified audit for ten years.

Tamika joined Fusion when she was working with East Baltimore residents as a member of the Public Allies Program at UMD, School of Social Work's Community Outreach Service.

Anelda has experience in sales, account management, and customer service. She started at Fusion as interim administrative coordinator. In her current role, Aneldadoes all office ordering and mail processing.

Jen McKenzie has worked in the nonprofit sector on volunteer and partner engagement in Baltimore and in Washington DC since 2012. With a background in music and ethnomusicology, she is passionate about arts education and community engagement.

Vonne Napper is a community-based interdisciplinary artist born and raised in Washington, D.C. Deriving influence from a plethora of activists and artists, James Baldwin, Audre Lorde, and Jeffrey Gibson to name a few, their practice centers social justice, new age healing, and preserving the black queer and trans experience.

Tina is a gender-fluid multidisciplinary artist and Baltimore native. Before coming to Fusion, they served as the Director of Artistic and Community Partnerships at Single Carrot Theatre.

Alana’s history with Fusion Partnerships dates back to her mother, StrongHeart, as a Managing Partner for 20 years. Her empathy and love of art fits her role. Alana also does art workshops for kids and adults.

Katrina has worked in accounts receivable, billing, and collections for more than 20 years. She joined the Fusion team in March 2020. Katrina has always been passionate about non-profits.

Jeremy is the bookkeeper and accounts payable processor in the Finance Department. He provides the expense data that partners see on their reports. Jeremy meets the day-to-day needs of his team.

Meintel holds a bachelor's in finance and management and brings over 15 years of accounting experience to Fusion. He is also a certified CPA and brings a wealth of accounting knowledge to his work.

Tim is a development database specialist with experience in Raiser's Edge and Salesforce NPSP. In addition to his nonprofit work, he is a creative writer and tour guide with Baltimore Ghost Tours. He has an MFA from the University of Baltimore.
