2640's primary mission is to help grow activist culture and community in Baltimore by providing space for activist events and gatherings. Located at 2640 St. Paul St., the 2640 collective makes event space available to activist organizations, groups, and individuals doing work on issues of social and environmental justice.

Our space is particularly well suited to large-scale events such as fundraisers and conferences. We occasionally provide space for workshops, classes and other types of community events, such as fairs and the performing arts.
